I am whole. I illuminate my path ahead. I do not let others judgments dim my light. Instead, I shine my light on others who may need guidance. Although at times I go through phases of change, I do not let it make me feel less because when I walk into areas of darkness I bring light. I walk into new experiences with an open mind as the more I discover the more I am able to grow. When in doubt I remember all the moments of fear I have made it through. Coming through those moments feeling stronger. There should be no fear in expanding. I am whole, I am well, I am expanding.  My light helps to diminish any darkness.
